I think God is a consumate actor. He knew what happened in the garden with both eating the fruit and Cain, but acted surprised. In other chapters, He acts angry, although I think He is neither angry nor surprised.

Nothing surprises God. He knows all. Are you meaning when person sins or something? No, no sin surprises God...I believe God knows what will happen before things happen. God gives us a choice, if we choose the sin, he knows how it will effect our lives. If we choose the truth and not the sin, I believe he knows what will bless us. God knows if we follow him, what kind of life we will have, he also knows, if we don't follow him, what our life will be like. God gives us a choice to do as we will. Whatever path we take will determine what will happen in our lives. God sees both ways, but we can only choose one. God sees all, he knows all. Nothing can shock God, he has come face to face with evil. We are so very blessed that He sent his only son Jesus Christ as a living sacrafice to atone us from our sin. God gave his son Jesus a choice to die for us as a sacrafice, it was not forced upon him. Jesus chose to do his fathers will, and be a living sacrafice to all who need forgivness. To all who believe in God, and except Jesus Christ as his son, and who ask for forgivness with a pure heart. He sees everything, and yes...he forgives anything.

He loves that "got your nose"game. It always gets him. Last year, for his birthday, we were THIS CLOSE to surprising him, but Jimmy coughed when god walked into thr living room and when we flicked the lights, I think god was faking surprise.
