I want to get rid of all that flab around my waist and on my stomach by exercising. I can't go on a diet, cause we're a big family and I don't control what everyone eats, I can't join a gym cause that would be too expensive, I just want some exercises recommended.THX!!!

Walking or running at least a half hour a day is good. If you can, get some exercise dvds that you might enjoy like Turbo Jam. They're a great overall workout.

And you might not be able to choose what is made to eat, but you can choose what you put in your mouth. Use portion control. Don't grab an extra roll, don't butter things, etc.

Good luck! :-)

I recommend Pilates and getting an exercise ball. Every morning on the Lifetime channel (6:30 am central time) there is a program that I have been working out to.
Just rememer that you have to be consistent with the Abs. You need to be including at least 30-45 minutes of cardio. I walk for about 45 minutes every evening after the kids are in bed. It is about a 3 mile walk.
Also, get your sleep. Sleep deprivation can cause unwanted "flab" around the middle!

You don't need to go to a gym to exercise. Just walking will help you. We have OnDemand TV in our area and there are tons of different exercise routines you can follow some as little as 15 minutes up to 1 hr. There's also FitTV which has great workouts. I've been working on trying to lose my middle for a while too. Try to do some routines where your obliques are targeted as well. As far as your eating habits: eat in moderation and drink lots of water. You seem to be on the right track. Lots of luck to you!
