Armed forces personnel?

Have any armed forces personnel had trouble with the new JPA system that has been brought in. It's mainly effecting my pay. Has anyone had similar problems, and how did you go about getting them resolved?

My husband's in the RAF, he seems to have most problems when they switch it off, last time they had to do it they dropped his pay ban by 2 levels and he got £300 less than normal, he contacted them and the fixed it but gave him £550 back leaving him owing wich they then deducted out of his next two saleries, fingers crossed it's all sorted now! Ride it out and it should fix it's self.
Make sure you contact them as soon as they've cocked up your pay.
