Also the moon roof don't work. I have checked all the fuses and they are fine. Can anyone help me out here?

sounds like a short some where or someone kicked a wire loose under dashboard start there

Would have to agree on the headlight switch unless someone just put a new stereo in right before they quit working and messed up the wiring in there.

The moonroof, trunk pop, and power windows are all on one circuit breaker (20A -not a fuse-) in the fuse panel. Spot #1 in the diagram I'm looking at (there's 3 in a row at the top, it's the one on the end furthest from the regular fuses.

Sounds like a fuse or a short like the others said. Of greater worry is the fact that this particular model (I used to own one) has a weak head gasket that is prone to failure (like mine did). Ford even did a major recall on this. Yours may be fine but I thought I'd mention it as something you may want to keep tabs on.

are there fuses under the hood as well? if not you might have to check all the wiring with a multimeter to see if everything is working all right

Drive it off a cliff as when u fix it, something else will go wrong with it. It was made to make a Ford parts counter-person, or mechanic rich.
