Help with the CV.Ben Franklin Transatlantic Fellows Initiative?

I'm from Moldova and want to go to this camp in the US.
this is what it says:Are you interested in meeting young people from Europe and Eurasia? Do you have an interest in learning more about the transatlantic relationship, the role of a free press and the Internet in a democracy, an interest in public, and community service?
We are supposed to write a Cv and attach our school records. could you give me any tips about writing this cv? what should i underline, because i have several diplomas at national contests, but i have very little experience in community activities.
p.s: what should I write about in this situation?
