Is she just a friend and you're trying to win her over? Or are you in a relationship? As far as how to be romantic, compliment her, send her flowers, invite her to dinner, etc. There are so many ways to be romantic.......good luck!! Hope things work out!

When your just talking to a girl, its always nice to let them do most of the talking. For instance you ask her a question, make sure that you actually listen to her. Find out as much as you can about her, girls just love it when guys listen to them. If shes askes you something you should try to make it as short as possible. If that doesnt work then I dont know what would work.

Every now and then slip in a compliment about her don't make it so wierd and noticable but just non-chalantly tell her some of her good features. Mention things like her eyes or something nice.
