Try Dermablend make up. From what I understand, if you have scarring, port wine stains, or other unsightly facial thing, then try this. They say it works great. I haven't actually tried the product myself, but I have seen the informercials and it seems to work wonders.

I just bought Scar Zone yesterday b/c someone on here recommended it. I have used it twice and I can ALREADY see a difference!! I had big red bumps on my cheeks from scars and pimples that never surface, but never go away. Scar Zone has already reduced the bumps and redness! I think I am going to love this product. use a face tonner, one suitable for your daughter's skin and one she aint allergic to. ask for a doctors advice if that would help.
