If you mean do sincere practicing Christians fall into the sin of having an adulterous affair, the answer is yes. True Christians are still inherently sinful as is every human being. The difference is that a true Christian does not practice such a thing. Even the apostle John was inspired to write, at 1 John 2:1, that if we commit a sin, we have a helper with the father, Jesus Christ, who according to verse 2, is a propitiatory sacrifice for our sins.
The original Greek here distinguishes between committing a sin and practicing sin. Clearly, we all commit sins. The Christian who does so, repents, seeks forgiveness and determines not to do it again is seeking God's way.

Of course, Christians are just like everyone else in society except they believe in God. Some follow the rules better than others. No one is sin free. Some have affairs most do not.

Of course they do,,look at all the evangelists that get exposed for affairs, then they sit and cry their little hearts out and the congregation forgives them for their sins.

can you word a kid to give you his candy ? maybe ....likely...sometimes you find smart kids that just say no , but other kids maybe will give you the candy you just will smile and think you got him.
Someone does the same with people not aware of him , so called christians go weak , and give the candy away, but if they re...smart they usually say no .
