Ok you are using opioid for last 4 yrs? Its depand on quantity. If you are not using much of it then you can quit by decreasing the amount. If you have been using alot then for you to seek medical advise and help and may benefit from detoxification. Goodluck

Hi Sndeep, I know this is a tough predicament. Two of the first line treatments include Methadone Replacement Therapy and Buprinorphrine. Once you have cleaned yourself from the codeine, you can taper these replacements into abstinence. It is extremely difficult to go cold turkey and the rates of relapse are extremely high. So try and find a rehab facility that will work withyou and provide you with a few choices. Good luck!

I suggest you go to a rehap center or walk into an emergency hospital and tell them you are addicted to opium and need detox. Good luck. You cant do this alone.
