The main thing you need to watch is portion control. Don't eat after 7:00 pm. Drink alot of water and if you don't like water, try Crystal Light, putting lemon in your water or Tea.
Green Tea is great at helping you feel great, it is full of anti-oxidants!
Try to eat fruits in the mornings.
Try to limit yourself to maybe 2-3 banana's a week.
Eat whole grains that are full of fiber (3 or more grams per serving).
Lots, and lots of fresh veggies throughout the day.
Lean cuts of meat, no skin on the chicken.

Personally I do not eat anything but fruit in the morning.
Maybe a small salad with fat free dressing, or more fruit for lunch.
At dinner, try to eat steamed, grilled or fresh veggies, with a lean protein. Try to avoid carbs at night.
Limiting alcohol intake will also help.

MAINLY PORTION CONTROL IS THE KEY!!!
When I feel hungry and know I shouldn't be hungry, I will have a huge bottle of water instead of eating.
Also, chewing gum helps to eliminate cravings.

Good Luck!!
