You can use the search facility at the Trainline.com.
I would do the search for you, but unfortunately it won't let you link to searchs:
http://www.thetrainline.com/default.asp?href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Egoogle%2Eco%2Euk%2Fsearch%3Fhl%3Den%26q%3Dtrainline%26meta%3D&T2ID=319_2007322113554
You have to register but it is free.
Trains from Stoke on Trent to London depart at 24 minutes and 50 minutes past each hour.
The prices vary from £18.50 to £132.00 depending on time of travel and wether you book in advance.

The best website for all trains is the National Rail Enquiries website at www.nationalrail.co.uk.
It tells you all the times, prices and updates on any changes.
Or another one to try that is a bit more user friendly is www.midlandmainline.com
:-)

The best idea and advice I can give is to phone up your nearest rail station for details. With cancellations and delays....the time tables are always being changed.
