He recognises all the dresses & things of mine, his dad's, his grandpa's, uncles and everyones and even name them,
He uses only his things, like soap, brush, towel, shoe, conb, powder etc.
never allow others to exchange things,

My daughter is the same way she is so smart she amazes us everyday with what she knows. She knows what is who's and can name almost every item in the house. And she cam count to 10 by herself, she will just be sitting around and start counting! Be grateful, my friends son is 19 months old and all he says is mom and dad!! And his mother says that boys are slower than girls, but I dont believe that!

Normal?? He sounds advanced! My son is one month younger and he has about 10 words, only 2 he says regularly, and he's normal for a boy. Try not to worry so much, he sounds like he's doing great.

Of course he is normal. you should be happy that he is building his vocabulary. you should encourage him, and teach him even more things. babies are like a sponge they will pick up anything from their environment so now is the time to start teaching him everything you want him to know.

My 16 month old says mama, namma, uh uh, one, hey, bye, and sometimes Casey....
But she understands everything we say perfectly well.
So, I would say your little one is about normal as they come. =P
