Every three months or as soon as they bristles splay, whichever is sooner. (if bristles are splaying very quickly then you are applying too much pressure)

My dentist told me to change out the heads on my electric toothbrush every three months. If your bristles are not straight and going in all directions then change sooner, that also may indicate that you are brushing to hard. Use a soft head/toothbrush for best results.

every 3 months unless it gets worn before. If you get strep you need a new toothbrush. Be sure to keep your toothbrush away from the toilet b/c when you flush bacteria floats up in the air (gross, huh?)

Every three months, but i don't use the same toothbrush if i'm sick. i go out and buy a pack of what i call "sick brushes" so i don't infect myself again.

Dentists reccommend changing your toothbrush every 3 months, but if you get sick you should change it right away so you don't re-infect yourself.
