If your talking about are muscle then here's conditioning. I'm a gymnast and some things we do are push ups, chin-ups, rope climb (try not to use legs) dips weight lifts,etc.

Incline Close Grip bench press

Bigger weights, less lifts increse size. less weight more repetition increase tone.

be carfull with your joints when you work out.
