perhaps you have wired it up not perfectly.. check to make sure that there are no shorts.. and also make sure its only 12v in and that your not running amps in series or whatever..

Which fuse is blowing: the one in the amplifier, or the one in the power cable near the battery? And is it blowing when you put the fuse in, or when the amp turns on?
Please describe exactly what's happening, or no one can give you a good answer.

check ur wiring and disconnect the battery

bad output transistors or input mosfets suspect a dead short.
