I'm an american, and I'm from America (the US of A), land of the free, home of the brave. Why do other stupid countries hate us? It's obvious we're the best and nobody else comes close. We're always helping other countries selflessly and for NO profit whatsoever. It's great having freedom of speech and being able to slag off whoever I want and to lie about whatever I want. We also have the greatest president ever, who's not afraid to face those stupid, ignorant, lying scientists on issues like global warming and evolution, who'd ever believe we came from dogs anyway? And if Bush is wrong and it gets hotter, I'll support him for making my tan better! HoooRAR!

Ok... A bit ignorant isn't it? I'm American but right now a bit embarrassed to say so. Its you type of Americans that cause the reason to hate us. Yes I am proud to be an American but not the way you are defining America. And Bush is an IDIOT!!!!! How can you be proud to say that hes the best president ever? I think Americas problem is that they think they can police the world but that just like going around every bar in the city and trying to break up every bar fight (you just cant do it).

Uh, yeah, I don't think the U.S. is the best country in the world. If it is, then why do citizens of Canada, Australia, Great Britian, France, Germany not want to move to the U.S?
And the U.S. doesn't always donate for nothing. During the 70s the U.S. govern. gave many loans away, when the loans faultered, the U.S. government said it's okay we'lll wipe the debt, but we can now build a military installation in your country.
The U.S. is a great country, it has it's fault, but people like you are what gives the U.S. a bad name, it's arrogance, ignorance, and just plain stupidity.

each of us has his own definition of the "best". as long as one country thinks that its definition of being the "best" fits them, and so they will believe they are. americans think of being on top because it becomes psychological. they were fed to that belief. but they may be right or wrong. for me, putting someone up means putting someone down and that has never been fair to every individual. Good values, for me, is one of the criteria for the crown. you say that you help other countries. helping is worthless when you boast about it. again, values is one option and humility is a value.
