um... well on one hand i felt horrible, and regretful, but in one case she did kinda deserve it, and i did feel relieved afterwards :)

I obviously do not know what it feels like, but having known someone intimately for many years that mistreats women, I can tell you some sad facts. It's almost never about what they think it is about. For this person, he needs to blow off steam about once a month or so, and for the most part, needs very little to instigate the bad behavior. It's like an addiction, I can almost tell when he's ready to blow.
I believe that this stems from a deep seated anger at having been neglected and abused as a child. I love this person, and realize that without me, he would either be dead or in prison.

Well for the woman side horrible words cant describe when they are mistreated by a men ,on the men side well i can say they are no excuse guilty doest sit well or my mistake honey wont do it again many feel like never happen and that's sad
