My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year and I want to marry him. He is the best thing that has ever come into my life. But both of us are virgins and whenever the idea of sex comes along, he gets too nervous and thinks too much, and it doesnt quite work well after that. What can I do to make him less nervous, or maybe just thinking less?

just be with each other romantically and may be intimate without actual sex.

If both of you have decided to get married and stay together whole through your life inspite of facing both known & unknown hurdles then I think both of you relinquish your virginity and all the nervousness would be taken care by the nature.

You should take control. Like when he comes in escort him to the shower then when he gets out you should look erotic and take him by the hand and lead the way don't give him time to think about it just do it.

Maybe he is not ready. Maybe he is worried about pregnancy. Talk to him . There is only one way to relax him. Find out what is bothering him. Give him more time, and be patient.

Men cannot set their minds to relax like women can, through deep concentration &clearing all thoughts.
