depends if you are working professional and do your pg through sponsorship from company
otherwise i dont think so

a 3 year degree? Aren't most degrees 2 or 4 years? Either it depends on the school's requirements and your grades. If your grades are very poor, then only schools with an "open" admission policy will let you in, but if you have the money and really want to go then you can.
Also you will have to check to see if your degree is an acceptable prerequisite for the Master program at the individual school.
Talk to the college guidance councilor at your old school and at the schools you want to go to. Also check out the other categories I just mentioned.

I do not think, it is possible to do PG (Post-graduation) course after Diploma. For any PG Course Graduation is minimum eligibility.

U can do PGDCA(Post graduation diploma in computer application) of any national university. I think it's most suitable for you.

Be specified, u belongs to which field, Dept, state, etc.,
