I have never realy talked to him. Only through my friend. Now my friend and I are fighting how can I pluck up the courage to talk to him (I have talked to him on camp but thats now over and he dosn't talk to me(and I know he likes me)Help oh help)

You & your friend are fighting for what, is it for the guy or is it your friend pushing you to talk to the guy. Ask your heart, if you really love the guy & want him as your life partner, if so, have a watch on the guy too, if he is already booked with someone, if not then ask him for a outing or a dinner & express your feeling to him. If you & your friend are fighting for the same guy then I suggest both of you together tell your desires to him & let him select who he likes. The out put make be negative or possitive but never give up, nor try to end your life, as there is someone for you waiting, who really loves & cares you.

Just say hi. Start with small talk, like the weather, the weekend (last or coming up), local events, interesting stuff, etc. You need to become friends first.

Do you go to school with him? Whenever you see him just say hi to him or smile at him if your really shy. or just strike up a convo with him. if you can find out a screen name he is for yahoo or msn that might help to, its always easier to talk to people online at first it seems like!!
