guys i am a sportsmen how many push ups should i do i n a whole day i do 100 nowadays

100 is the good start, increase the stamina by set of 1 of 20 rep. you can split your workout by doing it twice in the day. here is the article for resistance training and push ups

It depends on what your trying to accomplish...

one could do like 300 pushups but it won't do a whole lot if your looking to put on mass or get big biceps.
Pushups are endurance exercises

sure you will look like michaelango's david..pure mable..extremely chisled...very "cut"...

but the only thing one can to to increase the resistance of pushups is to increase the number of reps.

200 pushups is considered a very strong man..that is usually the norm..

or you could do what they do in prison..take a deck of cards..flip a card over and do that amount of pushups..then flip another and try to do that number...
see if you can finish off the deck

Reduce push ups, go for pull ups, Push ups stops ur height growth instead increase ur shoulder.

Vary your hand positioning for extra strain....and just do them until you hit failure
