Yes. They have to. To deny his death means Resurrection and ascension never took place. That makes Jesus nothing associated to a deity. And, that too, makes their prophet powerful or the very least in equal footing with Jesus. Because as they claim Jesus was a prophet and Muhammed was their last prophet, insinuating that Christians are venerating somewhat an obsolete messenger over a current one which happen to be their last prophet. As Libyan Moammar Khadaffi said in his speech before Muslims crowd Islam must be the world religion or world should embraced Islam(similar to that effect).

Yes, Jesus didn't die and no one crucified him.
God saved him and he will return back to earth (it is a sign for Muslims that the judgment day is too close)
A lot of Christians will believe in Jesus - as a human, not a son of god - when he return back and he will get old and then die like all other humans.
Muslims are waiting for Jesus and they believe that he is alive now. Muslims believe in Moses', Jesus' and Muhammad's teachings as they are all the same in Muslim's point of view.

No. The Quran says really nice things about Jesus.
I say Jesus never existed as a real human, and that the whole story was a myth.
I also say that lots of people were crucified, and everyone not currently living has died. Therefore, whether Jesus did or didn't do so is no big deal.
Oh, and you shouldn't hate either me or the Quran for our opinions.

Yes, the Quran (rather God) said: Jesus was not crucified. Another was made to look like him and he was lifted, alive to heaven.
We are not denying his teachings, they are not his teachings, your Bible is corrupted. If we disagree on this fact, plus, him being the son of G.., (I prefer not to say it) then all other is doubted. Sorry to say this, but you cannot blame us for believing in our Holy Book. We all have Books to believe in. Let us leave each other at peace. I respect Jesus very much. My Quran has ordered me to respect all Prophets, Jesus is one of them. The people corrupted what he said, he did not say ALL the things that are in the Bible. If you think I am mislead, I think you are too.
Peace.

We Muslims think that:
"157 And because of their saying: We slew the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, Allah's messenger - they slew him not nor crucified him, but it appeared so unto them; and lo! those who disagree concerning it are in doubt thereof; they have no knowledge thereof save pursuit of a conjecture; they slew him not for certain. "
158 But Allah took him up unto Himself. Allah was ever Mighty, Wise."
And we do believe and adopt the teachings of Jesus, There's a full chapter in The Quran Called: Mariam (after Mother Mary PBU Her)...
