The most powerful tips I know are making things look accidental. Showing cleavage, thigh, garter belt, etc... But make sure it looks completely accidental. If you catch a guy looking, blush and cover it up, but don't look away and don't stare. Just smile and then turn partially away so that you can still see him. If he looks again, smile a little and blush again. If you get to get a guy to sit down, make sure that your leg can brush against his, but only a little. Keep the contact and rub your leg against his once in a while, but not continually. Those are just a couple of tips. I would need to write a book to list them all. If you don't know how to blush whenever you want, then you are going to have to practice. Think of something that will make you blush. Something really sexy or erotic that turns you on a lot. Fix it in your mind and practice a lot.

It is an art. If you smile like an idiot he will be uninterested.
Its all about subtlety. Just giving them a tinge of the idea that they have a chance with you.
A flick of the hair. A certain smile. Touch on the upper arm. Laugh at their jokes.

hah! my kind of subject! flirting, you know what, look them straight in the eye!when he's not looking and when he looks back, look away, wait for him to get anxious and do it again, until your eyes meet and you should be the first to look away, this gives the guy the signal that you kinda dig him and guys likes it when girls like them, and after giving him that signal, plan for that accidental bump and them whooosh!! the guy will make another move,, and viola! he's yours, well not actually yours but at least you've spoken to each other., hope this works!
