My cousin is with this girl right. I have never done anything to her(never even spoke). She accuses him of affairs with me. Me and my cuz don't even speak . What do you think her problem is . I could understand if something had been done to provoke her thinking this way but nothing has not even words.

As long as you know the truth thats fine, who cares what anyone else thinks? Your cousin will figure out the truth. Just keep away from them until your cousin gets some sense.

Nothing you can do about it but stay away from this mess. She is probably insecure or the one actually doing the cheating. Since it sounds like you aren't close to your cousin, just keep your distance and let him figure out what her problem is.

well, it is obvious that you don't have much of a relation with your cousin, but the trust he places in his girlfriend is overwhelming!!!!!
If I were her I would tell him where he can find the curb an kick hi to it.
Then I would ask him for proof.. because there is none. He's going to look like an insecure a$$. OH MY.. he is.
