If you ask such a rude question, you're only going to get rude answers.
What would happen is that the governments would just revert laws and women's rights would not exist. They would be lowered to the status of slaves and be treated as such. Men would be able to do whatever they wished with them. It is still that way in many middle-eastern countries. In those countries, women are considered less valuable than livestock.
I think you wrote this posting because you are angry at some man. Withholding sex from a man will only make him leave you or have an affair. If you are angry at your man, then you need to work it out together. What you are talking about is childish and stupid. But if you want your man to leave you, go right ahead.

It would be the boom of the synthetic sex industry.
Virtual sex and Androids would fulfill every fanasty to levels beyond human comprehension and drive the limits of human sexual needs.
Sperm banks will offer brisk business from Alpha males ushering in a new coloney of civilization and social order. Child bearing will be offloaded to bionic incubators and single man and woman can have designer babies of their choice.

Most women under 30 couldn't go for more than a week. Especially since most of them think sex & love are the same thing. Sad but True.

it depends on how long they refuse to have sex, if it's for a year, then the number of rapes that would happen worldwide, would sky rocket, if for a longer time then that, then men would probably try to enslave women for their own pleasure, and if longer than that, civilization would crumble.
