You have to limit the time, don't say fast,and you have to limit the quantity of kilograms you want to gain.Anyway,I advise you not to take vitamins nor proteins but take the following food everyday for two months: half a kilo gm of specetti,half a kilo gm of bread,half a kilo gm of sheep meat,half a kilo gm of vegetables half a kilo gm of sweets and walk not more than half a kilometer a day,if you follow this you will gain 5 kilo gm of weight in this first month,in the second month you are going to gain extra 10 kilograms so if you like more go on.

drink loads of stella(lager) and eat loads of small meals crisps and nuts are quite good, if however you dont wish to live in a pub to gain weight and youre trying to do it properly try asking a nutritionist or your doctor for advice. im sure there are laods of body builder mags that can help too
