that a pretty tough job . loosing 10 lbs will take atleast 2 to 3 months . but some of the primary things u have to follow are ;
avoid eating lot mainly cheese items (they have more fat content)
avoid sleeping a lot
visit the fitness centre regularly( once a day)
plan a chart .start working from your abdomen , treadmilling , and so on .
eat fruits .
go for a brisk walk (jogging is preferred)
DONT TRY TO FOLLOW THESE BUT MAKE AN HABIT TO FOLLOW THESE .
