Our apartment is at the back of a yard and when im doing the dishes the view from my window goes almost straight into the apartment on the outher side of the yard.That apartment also looks onto the street.Its a buisy street with a cafe,shops exetra.
So the outher day im doing the dishes and i notice through my neihbours back window that hes looking through the blinds of the oposite window (the one which overlooks the street) and touching himself. He obveosly didnt realize that I had seen him as his back was facing me. Up till now weve acturly been quite chatty with this guy and he has always come across as a decent bloke. Im not sure if i should just let him be or if i should tell the landlord or somthing. What do you think I should do

Don't tell your landlord. Just shut your blinds and forget about it. What people do in the privacy of their own home is their business. He just needs better curtains..lol

well you have seen something that you were not suppose to but no doubt you now have lots bad thoughts of things running around in your head. I would be getting my self some blinds so that your privacy is protected and be more aware not much that you can do if he is doing no harm to you. If it worries u to much tell someone you trust so that someone else is aware xo

Seems like you were doing a little peeping of your own. I mean whatever that guy was doing, you have to admit YOU were looking at him in his apartment also. I advise you to call the cops and turn yourself in, then rat out your neighbor for immunity!

cover up your windows, i mean all so you and everyone else in your apartment can't be seen directly. but still be alert if ever he might show up on your front door, myt give you trouble or something

I hate to tell you this but it sounds like your a peeping tom to.Did you touch your self while you watched him touch his self?close the shade if it bothers you.I think you like it.so have fun with it.
