How long would it take to be a professional tatto artist?
The length of time would be helpful from the experience.

For the tattoo newbies, what and how they practice to tattoing?
To the real some person's skin or any fake skin available selling in the market?

its not like learning something academic, where you need to retain information only, of course there is a great deal of theory that is needed, but its an on the job trade to learn, i have seen apprentices that were very keen to go go go, but they lacked the talent, but we also had one who was very talented but apprehensive at potraying that he was now an artist ready to work freely rather than still have his apprentice status, everyone is different and your mentor will make a great deal of difference too, As for skin, a lot of peple i know used pig skin, but i was lucky enough to have human "guinnea pigs" tattooing may seem like such an exciting career, and dont get me wrong, it is, and has many many up sides, but its not as easy as it looks and sadly not for eveyone, speak to artists, see if you have a flair, they will best advice you on a personal basis, good luck to you

I have seen people practicing on Pig Skin... apparently it is very similar. As for time, i'm sure that depends on the person, and how well they take to it. Not sure i'd knowingly let someone with less then a years training near me.
