Yes = "Hoke Ket", This is routinely used, giving respect to someone who is older than you.
You could also say "Imm" if the person asking you is younger or same age as you.

Say = "Pyaw"

Say yes = "Hoke Ket loe Pyaw"
You have to add a conjunction " Loe" asking someone to say yes.
