I am married and I still watch my porn. It is because...taking care of myself during the week (while she is working) helps me last longer when we actually do get to do it. Also, it gives me new ideas on moves. And also it does keep me interested. I love my wife more than anything, but if I went looking for sex everytime I was horny then I would a. be cheating, and b. I wouldn´t be horney anymore when she came home. So my excuse (yes officer, my final answer) is that porn helps me, keeps me interested, and helps me last longer. There is no instinct behind it. You wanna watch a dirty movie, you watch it. There (for me) are NO ulterior motives. Just one motive. Trying to get some pleasure. A wife isn´t there all the time to pleasure you, and even if she was that just wouldn´t be right. As long as you stay faithful to her, porno is no big thing. For some women, yes maybe, but MOST guys do it anyway. Good luck.

That is your habit already. but if you want to stop that habit try many style with your wife and dont imagine another girl when having sex together.
If that is not working, that mean you have problem in ejeculation process or maybe your partner. In that matter you better see expert or doctors for advice.
