no sport! they will want the old phone back and if it's accidentally damaged then don't use it. insurance companies are quick to take your wonga but as soon as you make a claim they are like the frigging F.B.I. so make up your story and stick to it coz they will ask how, what, when, why you damaged it! i once had a phone claim knocked back because i was over a certain height up a ladder when the phone fell out my pocket. they didn't object to me being up the ladder just objected to how high i was the pigs! now if my phone breaks down i smash the screen and just simply say the phone was in my zipped up pocket and i hit into a door or desk and when i next went to use it the screen was off and cracked! works every time!!! allegedly i done this of course.. just in case any insurance company reads this!! i know what your like!!!

Normally if you make a claim, they will block the phone.

My mates dad has done this thousands of times but he say he has lost it and they block it but its easy to get it unblocked again. If you say its damaged they may ask to take it in to fix it. I really don't know u'll have to see other peoples views lol

new phones are able to be blocked as soon as they send another one. you could always get a new motherboard for it or flash the memory. easier to say you lost it if youy want a new phone. they might ask for you to get your old one repaired if its broken to them.

no you should have to relinquish your phone to the company so they can get it checked and make sure it is really broken and in need of replacement or just fixing
