I grow an aloe vera plant at home and we use it for such things. Gross, but usually effective.

Here are a few:
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar
Instructions: Pat effected area with apple cider vinegar
Ingredients: Aspirin
Instructions: Dissolve two uncoated aspirin in a little bit of warm water (make a thin runny paste). Apply to skin after shaving and wait about 30 seconds, then rinse with warm water. This home remedy really works!
Ingredients: Aloe Vera
Instructions: A very effective home remedy for razor burn is Aloe Vera. Apply Aloe Vera to effected area. This will soothe the skin, reduce redness and help the healing process.
Ingredients: Witch Hazel
Instructions: apply witch hazel to razor burn as needed.
Use a clean and sharp razor when shaving to prevent razor burn.
To prevent razer burn, always shave in the direction of your hair growth. and don’t pass the razor over the same area again and again.
A good remedy to help prevent razor burn is to shave in or immediately after a hot shower.

The best remedy for aftershave is to just not shave. That way your aftershave problem doesn't exsit and you won't need a remedy.

Rinse the spot with clean water and rub with Aloe vera gel (naturally gotten from fresh Aloe Vera plant)

mix 2 tea spoons iodised salt in 1 glass water and apply it, it will give ur face shining by removing dead cells on the skin.
