I am a former corneback standing in at 5'9" 184.lbs

I used to take muscle milke and reached 190, and the fat % on my body was 8%

Well Now i am off the team and no longer participating in those olympic lifts! but my fat% is prolly up around 12 % and i wiegh 184. I think it comes from a bad sleeping regiment because i still wieght train 3-4 times a week. I also play fullcourt basketball everyday i train, whcih i supplement as my cardio.

I try to eat the typical 5-6 small meals like your supposed to but i am a college student and it is hard to always get that.

Does any have some adice the could hit me with that could bring down my Fat percentage, please dont tell me to sleep more or drink lots of water. I drink lots of water, i try to sleep 8 hours like your supposed to. I just dont understand why i dont have the chisled 6 pack i used to, and I NEED it back!

it seems you could only left out one of your meals,take a symbolic snack before a sleeping
or try to spend a whole day in physical activity from time to time
