I like to surprise my girlfriend with vacations,get aways or dates pretty frequently. She never has reciprocated. The thing I've noticed is as soon as I say I am unavailable one night, or busy some weekend, she will act upset and say she had some surprise plan for whenever I can't make it. This especially happens if I am doing something she may not approve of, like hanging out with the guys or meeting co-workers for drinks.. Now after 4 years she has never surprised me with anything, yet it seems as if she always has plans. She did it to me tonight! She found out yesterday that a friend was coming in town next weekend and she got upset saying that she had a trip planned for us. I don't get it? What's going on?

Twice I have canceled my plans and then she won't follow through because it's no longer a surprise. Now I just tell her too bad.

I'm sorry to say but I believe you're being used. Her line about having something planned on the very night you just happened to be unavailable is called a guilt trip. She's stringing you along, trying to make you believe she's doing more for you than you think so you'll feel guilty. After the first few times, you should know that it's all a lie and you will never see her reciprocating. Good luck to you. :)

see no need to worry at alllll i understand wholly one thing that u both love eact other sooooo much that its rather tooo much to say so please dont get stumped for simple reasons but once u do talk to her if she still do this then u have think cos may be there is some communication problem or rather some misunderstanding soo talk to her what is there in ur heart honestly !!!!she very lucky to get a guy liike u

Have a picnic! the place you first met... till that is like college or ssomething. Or then have a picnic at a park or the sea coast, or someplace else romantic. i might do the sea coast picnic, although.
