What is your theory on the ice mans death?

Need help can’t think of a theory!!

I recently saw a television show which showed he had an arrow point in his hip. The researchers found it when they did a CAT scan of him. It now looks like he had a dispute with someone and was shot with an arrow. Until the arrow head was discovered it'd been assumed that he'd died of hypothermia. Now they believe he died as a result of being attacked.
