Hello Judas,
Wasn't that the title of a book...it takes a village idiot?
Actually the Judas who betrayed Jesus, later said he was a righteous man.
Of course, a person could be good and stupid at the same time. What do you think?

In his time I believe he was treated like one because of his radical philosophy. Back in a time where people were being killed left right and centre, along comes some bloke who espouses love thy enemy and if someone slaps you on the right cheek turn the other so he can slap you there too. What about if someone needs your shirt give him your coat too? What about the ultimate act of love for your fellow man?
Jesus allowed himself to be struck, stabbed, dehydrated, hit, whipped and finally nailed to a cross to die for you and I. Remember he had the power to stop it at any time too.
That would have to be the silliest thing ever done wouldn't it? Would you do that for people you hadn't met and who hadn't even been born yet? Would you do that for kids who weren't to be born for another 2000 years? I don't think I could, could you?
I suppose we are lucky Jesus was the man he was and has the love for us he does aren't we?

He is one of three things, a liar, a lunatic, or the Lord and you must choose which one he is.
1) A liar because he said he is God unless he's telling the truth.
2) A lunatic because he let people worship him and call him God unless he is.
3) The Lord because he is who he said he was and those 300+ prophesies that came true in his birth, death, ressurection alone were just coincidence

hummmm... could have been. apparently he was unpopular enough to be executed.
if someone was walking around main street usa today telling people to follow him because hes the only son of god sent to save you, he'd either be thrown into a mental hospital and sedated, or become a televangelist.
