lol..I didn't think this was a bad question but everyone seems to be giving you a hard time. Depending on the situation, sometimes a girl won't even know you... did, at all. Most girls can tell due to the pulsation of the penis, but sometimes it's alot more powerful than others. They don't actually feel the semen being ejected due to the temperature being roughly the same as them and all the lubricant that they have produced being in the same place. Short answer... not easily felt but they'll prolly know it happened.
