No.Jin is normal during that time.They are only more active during malam Jumaat because they know that Muslims will be praying this night.They will do all the possible things to harass the Muslims so that the Muslim will be tired and lazy to pray to Allah.They even try to scare the Muslims.
But Allah will protect you from them if you really have faith in Allah.

That is the way our ancestors scare their children from leaving their home during the Friday night ( Malam Juma'at). Especially after midnight. The reason is very simple, In Islam, Friday is a Big day for the Muslims. The day which will be filled with Friday Prayer ( Sembahyang Juma'at ) and reciting of Alquran, Yasin and zikirullah. As such, they will say that the Jin and ghost are always out there on Friday night. Their intention is not to let their children to leave home and recite the Quran and Yasin with them as the reward from ALLAH S.W.T. for anyone who recite the Quran and Yasin on Friday is very high. In addition, whatever we recite we contribute for our love ones whether the person is still alive or deceased.

Erm... nicely in accordance to the malays customs the malay men will bypass to the mosque for prayers... they say the spirits will come out on for the period of right this moment... And at nite for people who're married .. is the nite to have intercourse... desire i my answer became useful
