Yeah, not sure if that's the exact quote but I found the following:
"We can try to avoid making choices by doing nothing, but even that is a decision." Gary Collins

Not the exact wording, but the same idea.

this quote is attributed to the French-Algerian author and philosopher Albert Camus. he was the 2ND youngest Nobel prize winner for literature in 1957, but always clearly stated his odds with Sartre at being an existentialist.
