If you eat more will you grow more? No, but you may put on more fat. Anything more than the body needs, it will either store or get rid of. If you eat too much, you will most likely put on weight in the form of fat.

drinking milk only helps a little, milk contains very little calcium and a lot of fats. You should take calcium supplement and exercise regularly to assist you to grow taller.

Proper calcium intake has been shown to have a positive correlation with height, but milk is not the only place to get it. Try fish and dark green vegetables, too.

Depends upon what the "extra" is.
Nutritious food is very necessary for growth. If you are not eating enough that your body requires, you will need the extras.
Then it will help growth.

But if you are eating more than what body needs, extras will not help.
