i m only 5 feet and 4 inch ......wat do i do to increase my height ??

Stilettos work nicely, that is if you want to be a pole dancer. Your height is ideal for my liking, I bet there is a guy near you who thinks the same way.

It's a free site which claims that it could increase your height by many inches whatever is your age,
first I didn't believe it then i decided to try the program as i wont lose anything( it's totally free) now after 3 monthes i gained 2.5 inches and i am still growing(i'm 22yrs old)

Suggest you see a doctor and get an x-ray to determine your bone age. You might be slower in growth than usual.
Food for growth:
1) Dairy products : full cream milk, cheese etc
2) Supplements : Vitamins A & D, e.g : cod liver oil, fruits and vegetables.

if u u more than16-18, its very difficult to increase your height. If not do exercise, play basket boll that will help you to increase your height.

if you still young it is OK ,but if you are more than 20 it is hard,but any way you always do some exorcises stretch your body ,you know like catching something up high and strech your legs down and try to touch the ground
