You are? I was 83 pounds when I was 5 foot 7. Now at 5 9 I weigh 160. Weight changes dramatically with height- I knew a girl who was 5 3 and 130 pounds and she was really cute (had a babyface) but she had some extra baggage. 97 pounds is a very small weight, but you are also very short. I think you will look best at the weight you are now, depends on the person too you know.... a pic could of helped.

You are just fine. And with the amount of obesity in this country today, You should be a mentor. Just remember to workout so you always maintain your tone and shape!!
Oh yea, and when you turn 21, don't drink alot or you will lose that beautiful figure of yours!! :)

I am 15 5-3 103lbs so I would say yes your weight is ok with your height.
