You can't rate yourself. The person who likes to boast will give high marks to himself. But the humble person may under-rate himself. Moreover, there's too many ways to judge a person, e.g. IQ,EQ,MQ...
You need a mirror to judge yourself and the mirror is your friends and enemies.
