I would fund the VNA program that visited children at risk of abuse or neglect, or just immature or poor bonding, after a newborn was released from a hospital. That program was cut by Bush!

Well, the thing is, I really dont believe money will be good after I am living spirit and not flesh. I also have developed this belief because of ny blend of quantum physics knowledge and the history of spiritual issues and cultures that we have to go in as a collective. We have to save everyone. It is almost leading my to be firm in stating that there may be more than one incarnation in the flesh (I have very strong knowledge of and ties to Joan of Arc LOL) WE choose the lessons we need to learn. This time mine was the Bully lesson...In hindsight I have done well but the fact is that people saw me as foolish when I went for the cool funny broke guy when the other girls (NOT ALL!) were seeking out men to marry/trap as providers rather than just living and feeling. They end up wasting a lot more time unhappy now. And me? I get upset that I cant financially be but I am doing what I can to be righteous, I have Lovechild'66 tattooed on my back and I was in a store once and some guy saw the 66 and assumed it said 666 so he went into a loud holier than thou speech about turning form my evil ways- this a stranger, with all kinds of people around. Then he said if I accepted Jesus as my BLAHBLAHH sorry but That was offensivee to me and my main point after I had been able to gey a word in to say it was my birth year and that I was a digit short of evil. So if I did have another 6 added right now, would I be evil? What if I was upside down Oh the draeded 999 or how about 667 neighbor of the Beast? 333 only 1/2 evil? And I am not going to say what I KNOW about religion ans the scriptures that go with them- But I know that before there was money and when the first tribes lived omn this planrt they saw their creator in everything an dthey didnt waste and destroy or oppress- they faught battles only for very good reasons and the soldiers WERE the ones who decided to fight, and back then they had extrasensory awareness FAR greater than anything our technology xcab do now AND they could not lie. I would invest it in the local schools. They are often the primary source of budget cuts. Teachers get frustrated because their spending is getting less and less. Good teachers are turned away and the bad ones stay. I would invest the remainder in housing for the poor and elderly. Any left than I would spend the rest on hiring the needy to help clean up bad parts of the city/town by painting, picking up garbage.

Keep half, invest 15% of that, put 60% in a savings account, use the rest to buy whatever I want for myself, family, and friends. Interest on $3 million will act like a salary for a long time.

Other half donate to charities and throw off buildings and hand out to random people.

I would Start my own Department of Agriculture, and make sure small farmers are encouraged and empowered to produce healthy and chemical free food. Earth is cared for by funding alternative energy sources, and the Elderly get a couple of hundred dollars a month in Food Stamps.

I would donate the money in its entirety to organizations that address hunger in our nation. It is intolerable in a nation such as ours, that some of our own citizens do not get enough to eat. There is no excuse that our nation's leaders can give to justify this glaring example of their indifference to these, most needy members, of our citizenry.
