So can some1 help me get some ideas on healthy foods that dont taste down right gross!!!?

try some rice with mushrooms-sauteed- and some steamed brocoli to the side; or some sanwhiches on whole wheat bread, skip the mayo and dressing but opt for mustard or ketchup and opt to put all the veggies on it; also, for snacks for me 2 apples cut into slices and 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter-reduced fat!- work as a snack; use fresh fruits to make a fruit salad; use 2 pears and 1-2 plums to make poached pears and plums, make a homade salad with dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar; use a George Foreman grill to cook up some meat like some chicken breast that is seasoned, with a side of mashed potatoes and some tomatoe and cucumber salad.

well healthy foods do not have to be plain vegetables or rabbit food. Healthy is also plenty of protein, eggs and meats as well. Omelettes and other things. Beef liver etc. Plenty of this is good too.

You can get snacks like carob from the healthfood shop. Plain sugar free acidophilus yoghurt (you can get fruit flavoured if you really want that).

Bananas are tastey and healthy also....fruit is nice no matter what. For vegetables? you can do a stir fry, which will make them very tasty especially if you put grated cheese over them once they're done and let it melt.

You do not have to eat like a rabbit, your body does require proteins and fats also. Nothing wrong with butter etc.

Get your tastebuds going by making sure you do have plenty of healthy oils like olive oils in cooking, or coconut oils, butter etc. These things stimulate your body to produce bile and help your appetite as well and make things much tastier.

By the way, proper organic virgin coconut oil can taste delicious straight from the spoon adn is proving one of the healthiest fats you can consume. it is also antifungal and anti viral.

just keep eating them, you will get used to them. then unhealthy foods will make you feel sick.

chocolate fudge bars, chocolate coconut are my favorites! i buy them online www.shopherbalife.com/dflinner taste like candy but its healthy and they got many othere snacks!!
