Is a supercharger for a Buick 3.8 interchangeble with any other motors?

I have this piece of a motor in my house that I'm trying to sell. Supposedly its a brand new supercharger for a Buick 3.8, but how can you tell and will it work on any other motors?

It should fit in any GM 3800 supercharged engine.

It is a GM part that will fit to any 3,8L vortec GM Engine.

Used in Chevrolet, Buick, And Pontiac cars
