I'm skinny and wanna gain weight,
I envy women with the hour-glass figure and a little extra....
What can I eat and drink in particular to gain weight?
I DISLIKE fast food,so please don't suggest any of that, besides,it's too greasy and unhealthy.

I like potatoes,
chicken,
beef,
pork,
pasta etc.

Which protein shake would put the most weight on me?
I usually ad milk/ice cream and bananas in it and mix it in a blender.

HOW DO I GAIN WEIGHT?

As a warning, even if you manage to gain fat it might not go where you want it to. If you end up being spindly with something that looks like a beer gut, it probably wouldn't make you very happy.

If you want to put on weight, it's healthiest to gain muscle and usually considered more attractive than fat as well [plus it's easier to control what parts of you get larger]. For example, Kristanna Loken put on muscle for Terminator 3 and Charlize Theron put on fat for Monster. Both are gorgeous women who are usually fairly thin; one ended up looking significantly better than the other in their respective movies.

To gain muscle, eat a lot of protein [sounds like you like it already, which makes that simpler for you] and try weight training. If you want curves, try to emphasize your hips and legs [unfortunately building chest muscles won't make your breasts bigger so that's less of a factor, but bulking up around the hips will make your waist seem smaller, which gives more of an hourglass look]. Try consulting a trainer; they'll be able to help you figure out a good meal plan and exercise regimen that would hopefully help you reach your goal.

Ok, well I had the same problem as you. So I'd finish everything on my plate, instead of leaving what I didn't want, I would make my meals larger and eat more of it.

In doing that, I ended up stretching my stomach and ohhh yeah the weight went on. But I also ate a lot of things like cheese toasty sandwiches with butter. And no butter is not a bad thing to have, it is proving to be a very healthy fat, both for vitamin A and other essential fats the body requires. But it can help with someone who is underweight too.

You'd be wise to make sure you are getting enough fats, as people now are making a big mistake by eliminating them or going low fat, as though this is healthy. It isn't and actually can cause problems. Both with skin and weight. Definitely increase healthy fats like olive oils, coconut oils, and fish oils too, butter etc.

So definitely don't be scared of the good fats. The ones at the fast food restaurants are the problems, they are trans fats. But the good ones I mentioned are great. in fact, I have them liberally and am now an ideal weight. THey have given me a figure that is neither too thin nor too fat. So I wouldn't be without them. I even eat the fat on meat with the meat, instead of cutting it off.

I have had not one problem doing this. YET, if I eat the other vegetable fats that go in potatoe chips or the takeaway stuff, sometimes I do get issues and I've actually had symptoms of heart problems when I started having too much of it. But with the fats I mentioned above? I've had no problem whatsoever and was able to gain some weight I desperately needed.

Also if you have milk, make sure it's full fat milk and not low fat, or not fat milk. Again, people do not realise that fat is necessary. It encourages bile flow in the body, the cells also need fats and helps with tissue repair. But you are right to be wary of the other kinds of fats that go into the typical potatoe chip, or takeaway foods. They are usually the hardened type vegetable fats or trans fats that are bad for the body.

Also things like yoghurts too are good. Eggs etc.

Hope this helps a little.

Go to GNC-I buy their whey protein mix and the MuscleTech. They won't really help to gain weight fast but ask them for the whey protein mix that will "bulk" (keyword) you up. Potatoes and most meat will help because of the calories/carbohydrates but only eating that will put weight on your stomach and legs. You must walk also, and/or lift some weights. You won't get all ripped or man-looking with light strength training... You'll prevent getting fat from "trying to gain weight fast." Hope that helps- it is true, for everyone.

Ham, low-fats milk, meat, fowl, fish. protien shake + meal after exercise. banana + difficult carbs earlier than exercise. I simply won 15 kilos. NEVER permit your belly cross hungry. That's the toughest facet. If you wanna obtain muscle then you are going to need to begin performing some compound wieght sporting activities and not more aerobic. The extra aerobic you do the extra you can need to devour to make up for it. I wholly stopped aerobic for a at the same time to obtain this weight. Took me two-three months.
