It's sometimes known as the "Bar Mat" and is probably the most potent yet tantalizing drink in the bar. The only catch is you have to wait until the bar is almost closed to get one. It's worth the wait though. It's so yummy and fun!! Yay!!

Ingredients
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda
Directions of recipe >>
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

If you really what something really challenge, just mix grape wine with tiger beer then put papaya and guava fruit inside. I prefer to drink it with ice cube.

I once had this unique shot made of whiskey and green tea in a club... I didn't thing I'd take to it but it tasted wonderful!
