that is not enough for you i guess, besides to lose weight you have to excercise.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You are not eating enough! That is why you are not seeing results... Any results you may see will be in the way of valuable muscle lose (nobody wants that as it's a simple equation more muscle = more fat burning potential). Your body will have started storing fat, your calorie intake is way too low, so your body has gone into starvation mode.

I suggest eating no less than 1200 calories a day. Make breakfast your biggest meal, and make every meal from there onwards smaller. You need to include a variety of fresh veggies, complex carbs (wheat pasta, brown rice, legumes etc) and good sources of protein (lean meat, legumes, low fat dairy etc).

green tea only helps you stay less hungry.. doesnt burn fat..

to burn fat, you need to eat a little more my dear..bread is out of the question but toast is ok..

eat a heavier breakfast like two egg whites and a toast..

have a small snack after two hours like a youghurt or handful of almonds..

have a lunch of 350 to 400 cals.. include a lean protein like chicken breast..[very important]..

have another snack after three hours..

rice is NOT ok for dinner....!!!! it has starch and you dont eat starch after 3pm..!!!

if you want to eat rice, brown rice or basmati is the way to go.. eating brown rice is ok for dinner..

and chicken should always be the breast..

best dinner is boiled veges and baked chicken with a drip of olive oil...:P

Drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water a day..
Do not drink ice water immediately after eating..

other times ice water is good coz it helps elevate your fat burning process..

and try doing some sweaty activity for 10 mins every three hours...

Any diet needs nutritional support. It's important to take a whole food vitamin that comes right from the vegetables and fruits we eat. The body also needs chelated minerals, vegetable enzymes, and probiotics which can be equally as important when it comes to nutritional support. This web site has a ton of good information about nutrition. www.TheGreatestVitaminOnTV.com Also read about the book "Curing Illness" It is great!
Have fun,

The grapefruit and green tea do help you lose weight but the amout and rate at which you lose depends on what you used to eat before you started your diet. The amount of excercise that you get each day also affects your results.

Sounds good to me though, maybe you should cut out the rice more, but not completely. I sae research on how are bodies weren't meant to eat rice. And since I am an asian who eats rice on a daily basis, i should know. It gets you pretty fat.

Burning 3500 more calories than you take in will help burn one pound of fat.

Say you eat 12000 calories a week. You will need to burn 15500 that week to burn one pound of fat.

Gotta love the thumbs down you get when you state simple facts. People dont like to hear you have to burn that many caliries? haha

Well, it sounds to me like you'e not getting enough protein; so even if you lose weight, it will be muscle and not fat. I don't think it sounds like you're getting enough calories, either, so you might have put yourself into starvation mode. When you don't eat enough, your metabolism drops and it can make it next to impossible to lose weight.
